This refund policy is effective as of January 1, 2024.
Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. Though we are always working hard to match your expectations and deliver you the best service, in case you decide to discontinue the service and want a refund, we are ready to help you out.
We are giving you 1 month free trial to try our services before you buy. If you buy the service after taking the free trial, you are not eligible for a refund. If you buy the plan directly without a free trial and if you are unhappy with our service, we will give you a refund with in 7 days of purchase after deducting the processing fees.
Once Refund is approved, we will credit back your Refund amount in 2 working days to the original payment method.
Please note that refund can be issued for new customers only. If you are renewing the plan, you are not eligible for refund.
If you don’t want to subscribe any more, cancel your subscription. You will still have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.
